Always great quality, but the colour was not quite what I expected and looked awful in my fair complexion. Also, the scarf never arrived. Thank goodness the return policy is quick and simple and I was reimbursed for the scarf as well. Great customer service and fast delivery.

This is my first Aday purchase and I am thrilled. I purchased the soft landing jardigan in the caramel colour and the fit is exactly as described, a little oversized and boxy. It works perfectly with the sleeves rolled up once over a white tee with jeans and hi top white sneakers. I just love it! The fabric is soft, not scratchy and wears really well, it hasn’t triggered my sensory issues. I don’t think I will ever use the belt that came with it as it kinda defeats the boxiness which I love.

Sweater fits great (I sized down one size from what is recommended per size chart), but the belt that comes with it is awkwardly short. I’m not sure I’ll ever get use out of the belt. The material for the sweater is thick and quite warm, so it will be nice in fall/winter. Nice color that will go with a lot of outfits.

Bought this because it looked versatile enough for teaching a college class, going to a happy hour, and for lounging. My first order that came was satisfactory but didn’t come with the black belt. Thankfully the customer service was very timely and they’re sending me another Jardigan with the belt and asking me to return the original one they sent. The Jardigan is indeed super warm, I love layering it with my something tailored white shirt. However it does sit a little boxy on my body and I feel like it makes my trunk and torso look wider than they are. Overall though it is super comfy so I decided to keep it, and it looks really professional.
My only wish is that I would have preferred they just sent me the belt without sending me a whole new order and requesting to return the original one, it ended up being more work on my part. Overall satisfied with the product though! Coming from a loyal ADAY buyer. It definitely is pricey but I’m hoping this is the last cardigan I ever buy.
